10 or 14K pinkish pearl and diamond ring

Size 6/6.5 pinkish pearl and diamond ring in gold. Not sure if it’s 10 or 14K but it was tested to be gold. Very clear approximately 2mm diamonds on the both sides. Very smooth pearl with no noticeable scratches or dents.
