delalune358 @timgunnfan Hi, I visit Calphalon website, they list all of their product lines, they say “Yes. Calphalon nonstick cookware and covers are oven safe. However, nonstick cookware is NOT safe for use in the broiler.” Commercial Hard-Anodized: Oven safe up to 500°F, Broiler safe YES https://help.calphalon.com/s/article/Can-I-use-Calphalon-cookware-in-the-oven-or-broiler

delalune358 @chiaramc No, I already tried, but can’t remove them. It’s Hard-anodized aluminum, so the marking on the inside is aluminum that has been revealed.

delalune358 @wrightwrong They aren’t stains, but aluminum that has been revealed. l already tried, but can't remove them. I’ll look for a CALPHALON lid, but can’t guarantee that I find it. I’ll try my best.
