1. State super soft black top. One shoulder with neck tie (which can also be tied in a bow over the sleeved shoulder to give a true one-shoulder clean look!). Looks great for work, dressed up with a skirt and heels, or with casual jeans or shorts. Really great basic piece that’s more unique than a typical black tank/tee. Size XS. Only been worn twice! 92% rayon, 8% spandex.
