1 State Green Vest/Blouse (with zipper, snaps and waist tie details)

This 1 state vest is so versatile!! Wear it open over a long sleeve or tank for a vest look or wear it closed on its own for a sleeveless blouse look. There is a zipper but there are also snaps. There is also a tie at the waist so you can make the waist cinched. You can also leave untied for a loose fitting look. My favorite way to style this piece if over a black long sleeve shirt!
