I have the same problem. I have had much better success there with my higher priced bags and shoes. Plus the customer service is amazing. I've sold over 100 designer bags there and not had one issue!

They are due to offer a big promo to sellers. I expect something like 200 off 1000 is coming soon. I usually load up when they have a clearance sale and relist the items that know will sell. Neverfulls are the best especially GM and MM size. I found five for around $600 each and sold them all for around $850. That's the best way to "flip" something on there! :) My insider trick!
