premier Great ring. Many of these stones are lab created. Do you know if this is a created tanzanite or not? I check all stones when I receive them & rather be safe & ask than go through the hassle for both of us of a return. Let me know. 😊

deenanelson @premier hi, no it's a guaranteed authentic 1 ct oval Tanzanite. It better be real since I bought it from a prominent jeweler just a few weeks ago for over $500. I thought I was going to switch back to wearing yellow gold but my engagement ring is a 2ct white gold and would have returned it but I lost my receipt so I'm listing it. It's gorgeous. Set in solid 14k

deenanelson @premier part 1- hi again June, I have tons of Jeweley And while I don't think I know it all I try my best to know what I'm selling. I myself bought a diamond cross last week that was supposed to be a 1ctw diamond cross. And when it arrived and I saw the actual size on the cross it was actually only .32 points. So it was missing 2/3's of the diamonds. She has used a photo that was greatly enlarged and I blame myself for not asking to see it on or next to a coin.

deenanelson @premier part 2-What's sad is her profile picture spoke of her walk with God and her closet was full of gemstones and jewelry so I took it for granted she knew what she was talking about regarding diamond weight and that she would tell the truth. At least I got my money back but your right, it's a huge hassle for all involved so your fine. Ask anything you want.

premier Thank you for your reply. The Jewelers & most stores don't disclose lab created gemstones unless you ask or happen to see it in writing. For instance almost all of Kay's tanzanite is lab created .... And they still charge the same for it as do most places. I just thought I'd ask to be certain. TY😊

deenanelson @premier hi, no I was told it was genuine Tanzanite and it stated so on my receipt before I misplaced it. Also the labCreated I've seen are usually a darker stone. This isn't a AAA grade Tanzanite. As you can see it on my finger it's a lighter blue. Otherwise it would be worth thousands and I would be concerned about its authenticity. I'm confident it's a genuine tanzanite.

deenanelson @premier it would be against the law to sell this as a genuine Tanzanite when it's a lab created. My receipt said genuine. And I don't buy from Kay jewelers.

deenanelson @sbmjg6 it truly is a gorgeous ring. I'm actually thinking of keeping it and ordering the matching band and wearing it as my wedding set. I have a beautiful 2 carat engagement the hubby bought me but I've gained a little and I had to soap it off my finger before I couldn't get it off at all. So not sure if I will re size it or sell.

sbmjg6 Honestly if u have a 2ct diamond I would change it for the Tanzanite. Only cost about 50-70 in work. Or re size up wedding ring. U can find someone for 35-40

deenanelson @sbmjg6 hi, yes I agree, I already had it sizes up when i received the diamond and there's channeling on the band so I'm afraid to size it up anymore. The jewelry store where my hubby purchase it and the warranty closed so that's why I was going to switch to the tanzanite for something different. Some tanzanites are with more than diamonds but this one isn't a AAA but it's a really pretty stone.

deenanelson @sugarnspice808 which one is that? I'm super picky. Only because I have so many things already. I don't want you to go out of your way to get something and I don't want need or like it. Plus the cross body's that I like are selling at the outlet for around $159. So my ring is actually worth 2 bags and wouldn't want to trade for a single cross body. Please understand that I'm not trying to be difficult just honest.

deenanelson @jenkitty hi, I was able to search the ring on the site and it’s the same except for the stone. This one has a full carat and the ring they have listed has a .70 carat and mine is a full carat and the other one has a different stone setting if you look around the stone. It looks the same because Byzantine is a popular link.
