Carole Little Women's (Size 1X) Black & White Square Print Blouse 95% Polyester, 5% Spandex It has short sleeves. Black lining only on the front side to resemble a cami or tank top. The lining is stitched on the top (Please see third to last image). There are strings (NO tassels) towards front collar that can be tied or untied. There are tiny loose strings towards each sleeve cuff, but barely noticeable (Please see last two images). It's in Great PreLoved Condition. Please see images for measurements.
