I bought this fabulous dress in Rome and without fail, every single time I wore it I would get stopped by at least one person complimenting me and asking where I got it. I feel like it’s time to pass her on to someone else that will love wearing a bit of luxury whimsy and being complimented everywhere it’s worn! Lovely kimono sleeves make it easy-breezy, and it can be worn with or without the tie at waist (I used to wear it with a cool decorated wide leather belt).
