00 Wild Fable Floral Mini Skirt

Such a cute skirt! I love it so much but have never figured out how to wear it so it has never been worn and still has the tags on it. I find that target sizes fit larger than advertised, so size 00 fit me great but I typically wear 0 or 1 and have a 24 inch waist.
