💥 Vintage Handmade Floral Maxi Dress

Vintage handmade floral maxi dress, best guess is 1970s though could be into the 80s. Sooooo pretty! Empire waist with velvet belt, flutter sleeves. Everything is lined except for the sleeves. Back plastic zip. Main material feels like cotton, lining feels like nylon. Color reads right between green and blue. No tags, estimated modern size S. Good vintage condition with the following minor issues: -very minor discoloration at one armpit (next to last photo), should come out -belt is unsewn on one side and is pinned -ends of belt are curling (last photo)
