I love this brand. Their colors and patterns are always unique.. Please understand I’m not great at getting exact colors in my pix. There is a small hole at the top of the back. I’ve included a photo. There is no belt. Underarm to underarm is approximately 34” (17x2) without pulling on the fabric Center of neck to bottom is approximately 29.5”.
