This makes it a leisurely, but classy outfit - you could wear it to the office or on vacation.... or both! Has slits on the side of jacket and semi padded shoulders for added style. Thin, breathable fabric but not see through. From the 1980's. Has a loose thread in one of the buttons but it's not ripped so it can be fixed.
