Forever 21 dress w/ roses and pink plaid. I used to wear it with a jean jacket or green cardigan. It’s a medium but it fits like a small and is pretty short. I’m 5’5 and it sits (now) on my upper thigh. Would fit a petite small girl/women. It’s a straight form fitting dress, no flare.
