brittonkendall I want to order your Silvertone crescent moon and star ring but I need it shipped to a different address and don’t know how to do that… You offered me a 20% discount but that doesn’t even matter to me I’m more concerned about how to avoid the label printing out for my residence… any ideas of how to ship to me at a different address without interfering with Poshmark ..is that even a possibility ?

brittonkendall @queendom212 I just messaged you regarding the Silvertone crescent moon and star ring that you offered me a 20% discount on… I’m not concerned about the discount I was concerned about how to ship to a different address you sent me a message telling me exactly what to do and I did that and made the purchase and got verification that I made the purchase but it’s now showing that the ring is sold out so did it sell out before my purchase went through or did I get your last one?

brittonkendall @queendom212 just now read your message what you sent me is not even an address… The actual address that I need it sent to is : 8970 Glenalden Drive NE... Germantown, TN 38139 Thank you for notifying me… Let me know if this is the correct address you have.. if it is not what you have is it possible to change the printing label just write it in by hand... I went into my settings and changed my address so the label would print correctly so I don’t understand why you got that crazy address

queendom212 @brittonkendall Hey CHI CHI 🌹 I’ve just hidden the most part of the address under the “*” so other people won’t be able to see it but you could still figure out if that’s correct address by first letters & numbers of it. However it’s a different address that you just gave me. The one that I have on shipping label is in GA. & I don’t think writing a new address by hand will work. I believe the address is automatically attached to the tracking number in USPS computer system.

queendom212 @brittonkendall But one of my customers has changed name of receiver on shipping label after purchase, I believe you can do the same with the address. Try going to your order & check all the tabs. There’re must be a tab “need new shipping label” or you might need to go to “order: problems / inquiries” tab & choose one of the options there.
