Where is Sell For Me currently available?
Sell For Me is currently available in the San Francisco Bay area. We'll notify you once we have availability in your area.
How do I receive a bag?
Once an expert is available in your area, you can request a bag in the app and it will be delivered to your doorstep.
What items are accepted?
We accept women's, men's and kids' clothing, accessories, and shoes. Items must be in good condition and clean with no holes, pilling, stains, signs of wear, alterations, or missing labels. Items that may be covered by our Prohibited Items Policy are also excluded. Head to our Clear Out Guide for more details.
How do Sell For Me fees work?
The fee is currently being waived so you have the opportunity to try the service for free!
Who is selling my items?
Experts are trusted and vetted Poshmark sellers in your local community who will list and sell on your behalf for a share of the earnings. Learn more here.
How are Sell For Me earnings split?
Earnings will be split 50/50 between you and an expert seller after fees, shipping, and discounts. Once the buyer has accepted the item, your earnings will be automatically deposited into your Poshmark account.
What are the expectations of expert sellers?
Expert sellers agree to list all items in the bag unless items violate our Prohibited Items Policy or include excessive signs of wear as outlined in the Clear Out Guide. Expert sellers will accurately price, photograph, and engage in listing activity (ie. comments, offers, shares) and will package and ship orders in a timely manner.
Can I contact my expert seller?
You can communicate with the expert seller directly in the app. Head to My Consignment Bags > Bag Details and tap the icon on the upper right corner of your screen to start a new chat. Please note, the expert will have sole discretion on listing creation, including pricing, listing details, and photos.
How long will my items be listed for?
Anything has the potential to sell on Poshmark. We are asking for items to be listed and stored by the expert seller for up to 24 weeks.
