vintage FABIANI ROMA Rare ( Alberto Fabiani)

Fabiana Roma, circa 1947 & been in my family ever since, almost priceless, and ooak. Some small pin points( shown) from various fittings, not noticeable due to lace, and this dress is VERY RARE.
