Fabric is very lightweight but not semi sheer, and it does have some stretch in it. Runs true to size with a billowy, oversize fit, or it can fit up to an XL with a relaxed, slightly oversize fit. Shoulder straps do not adjust. Label reads "Volcom L G 14".
