Navy blue dress

Pretty dark navy dress with raw hem on the neck and a pretty lace detail on the sleeves. It is a thinker almost thermal material, would be great for a transitional piece in spring or fall. Tags removed (I somehow managed to leave the plastic piece) but never worn. Does fit a bit oversized.
