Rugged Outback brand size 3.5 hiking boots

These are in great shape, used once by previous owner . Waterproof however I would re-protect them before use. No wear on tread, looks brand new. There are some scuffs that I have in pictures, and laces should probably be replaced as one looks very worn, see pic. None of the cosmetic call outs affect how great these boots are, and for beginner hiker they would be fantastic! No box .
