NWOT Girl's Vans Black Shoes!

These are NEW WITHOUT TAGS Girl's Vans Black Shoes! Tongue says size "2.5 missy" Bought these for my daughter I think 2 years ago but she didnt want to wear them...then last year when she finally wanted to wear them, they were too tight!
