nanette lepore navy tunic with navy buttons and big pockets. This dress has been hemmed to be a tunic so measurements are as follows: shoulder seam to bottom is 31", arm pit to arm pit is 21". If you're petite, it could still be a dress. There is some mild pilling on the right side, see last picture.
