Fantastic black and white striped maxi skirt from Worthington. The material is sheer, but the upper half is lined down to knee length. Waist measures 15 inches across, length is 43 1/2 inches from center of waistband to bottom hem. Please note the length - this skirt is long! I’m average height and have to roll the waist a few times so it doesn’t drag on the ground. It would be ideal for a taller body type, or worn with heeled boots.
