Womens Navy Blue Strapless party dress

Navy blue strapless party dress with unique pleats and pockets! The fitted waist makes this a very flattering dress. Measurements are included in photo. Tag has sizing at 9 but I do not believe that is accurate based on my own measurements when I wore this dress. Great for a wedding or spring/ summer event like Easter, Derby party or BBQ!
