From a local boutique. Only worn one time for engagement photos. Features an elastic waist and includes a white tie around the waist that could tie in the front or back, depending on preference. Inside is lined to about mid-thigh. Includes a slit on both sides so it is moveable. Super lightweight. I am 5’2”, so you can see how long it was on me
