This Girl's Size 4 White Smocked Dress is a Classic! The medium weight, cotton blend dress is great for all year round. The short puff cap sleeves have a white piping hem. The Peter Pan collar has a scalloped edge done in red embroidery. Each side of the collar has a single red bullion rosebud with green leaves. Just above the waist, smocking done in a lattice design with an apple green embroidery perfectly adorns the dress, matching the collar. A red bullion rosebud sits at the base of each lattice peak where the skirt gathers. More red bullion rosebuds with green leaves are placed within the lattice work in a circular design, three altogether. The dress has an upper button back and a tieback sash for the perfect fit.
