-Excellent condition -Black top, for dress event, great for skirts or slacks -3/4 length sleeves with little slits, Zips up back, peplum hem -Polyester and spandex -Ruffle down left front -22.5" length, 15.5" sleeves, 17" across bust, 13" across waist, side to side -There is a slight fuzziness along the hemline and the ruffle. (see photos) It is not from wear, it is just the way the seams are. Perhaps from dry cleaning, but not a flaw.
