This is a lovely feminine top. Empire waist with flutter sleeves. Lined in front, see-through eyelet in back. Cotton poly eyelet. Lightly worn and freshly laundered. SHEIN (but seems higher quality). 17” across armpits, 23” shoulder to hem. Labeled 4 and small, but it’s a shorter cut - more petite in proportion.
