NWT * last pic shows minor flaw* - On back of empire waist, a small faded ink spot is on the stretch cotton.

penelopepivots @phoenix_rose83 Hi, sorry about the confusion. The true waist measures 14.5" across , for a 29" waist. The stretch cotton waistband above the waist seam is 9" wide, & stretches to 13" across, for an empire waist of 26". This stretch band can be folded down to the true waist, or worn higher to ribcage.
