Vintage unusual hunting coat

Neat old coat, has cotton flannel lined inside, two slash pockets on front for hand warmers, two more front pockets at bottom front of coat. The back has a pocket for hauling your hunting spoils ( or maybe a small lap dog) 23 1/2” pit to pit with sleeves 23”long. Let me know if more measuring is needed.
