Vintage peplum catrina costume dress

Unknown brand Size tag is missing but it fits like a size Medium. See photos with approximate measurements for better guiding. Fabric has no stretch to it. Pre owned with signs of wear. Lace top area is a bit discolored Some of the seems of the hems are coming off. Has 2 straps detached as belts but one of them is tangle on the side loop.
