Vintage midi dress cowl neck paisley turkish print puff sleeves belted

Vintage Anthony Richards silky feel midi dress with a great cowl neck and puff sleeves. It has an elastic waist with a tie belt sash. Note- The elastic in cuffs is not very stretchy anymore but they still look great! There is not a size tag... looks mostly like a roomy small. approx measurements p to p 19.5" length 43"
