Vintage adorable top and skirt set

Vintage circa 1977 skirt and top set with extra ties/belts. Crinkly fabric with a delicate floral design. Size 10. Straight fully lined skirt. Two side pockets. 28” from top of waist band to hem. Side zipper. Belonged to my mother who believers it to be Oscar de la Renta but label missing. Designer. Top is slightly V neck with tie. Under arm to end of sleeve is 14”. End of sleeves have lost elasticity around cuff but does not deter from beauty. Two 72” thin cordless belt ties. Can be worn with or w/o.
