Vintage Victorian Needlepoint Tapestry Purse With Chain Strap

Vintage 1950's victorian styled purse/handbag with a needlepoint tapestry that depicts a soldier courting a fair lady with roses. Metal frame with decorative edges and a chain linked handle. The metal is now tarnished a bit, which adds to the vintage tone. The interior is fully lined in a cream satin with one slip pocket. The maker's mark reads, "L and M, A Spotlite Reg Exclusive, Made in the USA". Measures 8.25" long X 8" wide. The chain is 5.5" drop. This is really in great shape!
