Vintage Van Dell 14k Gold Filled Onyx Rhinestone Y Shape With Rhinestone Dangles

A well-made and attractive black onyx and glass rhinestone Van Dell necklace consisting of a pendant that can also be worn as a brooch. The pendant/Brooch is 14k gold filled. The small tag next to the clasp says Malta on one side and 14k on the other. The metal of the chain itself is unknown. The brooch/pendant is 1 3/4"  x 1" and features a bezel set black onyx cabochon with a glass rhinestone in the center. The stone is framed by upsweeping sides on which are prong set glass rhinestones. There is also a double fringe of glass rhinestones at the bottom tip of the pendant. The chain is 15".
