Adorable vintage princess dress by Patty O’Neill, Measuring approximately S: Pit to pit 17 1/2” Smallest part of Waist 15” Total length 47”. Beautiful unique princess dress feature fitted velvet black bodice with shoulder pads and sweetheart cut neckline- and black faceted jewel buttoned wrist cuffs. Skirt is shiny silver material gathered from waist down. I absolutely adore this dress!!!
