Vintage Mead The Organizer Tri-Fold 1" Binder Tiger/Raccoon/Panda

Pre-owned, in As Is/ Fair condition. Vintage 1970's. Shows signs of wear. There are some light scratches in plastic cover and there is an area with a couple of lines of blue ink transfer (see photos). 3 plastic snap-ring, notepad clip (no notepad). 3 double-sided filling pockets (made of heavy paper and are yellowing).
