Beautiful rose floral pattern Gold trim scalloped edge Antique Plate was made by Mortimer Zdekauer of Austria. His company was run by him from 1884-1909. The double-headed eagle mark was only used until 1909. NOTE: there are a couple of chips which are shown in photos
