Early 2000 Vintage Bebe cowl neck dress with side slits material feels like suede but it’s not size S it has its original belt color is a very very pale blue or a pale pale lavender it’s hard to tell straps are adjustable there is 2 small stains which you can barely see , It’s hard to find it has a magnet to keep neckline from moving .
