Vintage 80's brooch

Beautiful silvertone brooch with a rhinestone in the center (unsure if its glass or plastic). Has a chain tassel hanging down at the bottom. Measures around 3.5 inches. I used to wear this with various ribbons to make it a choker when I went out. Lightweight too, for its size. Check out the detail on the front, with black patina and raised silver reliefs.
