Vintage 80 danny and nicole electric blue button down slit long shoulder pad L. The size tag is no longer legible on this item but according to the measurements, my best guess is that this is a size large dress there is an elastic panel on the back with a little give. There are belt loops to add your own belt, and cinch it in. Has shoulder pads and would look really cute with the bottom buttons undone for a nice slit and the skirt is very flowing and fun. Still has shoulder pads attached.
