Vintage 70s one of a kind quilted dress

Bespoke dress with quilted skirt and pockets from 1971 by Louise Marie / never worn / I want it but went on my thrift mission with y'all in my mind and heart / never seen anything like it even in LA thrift heaven less mind-blowing pieces sell for $300+ / I can add photos of the tag showing it was specially made for an individual - if they wore it they hardly touched if!
