Vintage 1980s Black High Waist Pleated Midi Skirt With Crochet Lace Hem

D E T A I L S A classic 80s pleated skirt, but elevated! Features a fitted high waist with pleats all around. Finished off with some satin ribbon and a sheer floral crochet hem. Giving off some whimsigoth vibes! Made from a crepe polyester material. Back bar clip and zipper closure. No tags for brand or size. Please refer to measurements in photos for accurate fit and note the waist does not stretch C O N D I T I O N Very good condition. The only things I'll note is the original bar clip looks like it's been moved about 1/2" for extra room and theres a faint line that goes all the way around.
