Vintage 1970’s button‎ front sheer printed top

This button front vintage top is in amazing condition. It buttons up the front with a butterfly collar. It is a slim fit. I can’t be sure if it’s men’s or women’s. For women I think it can fit up to a medium. For mens, small. It reminds me of MC Escher because of the print. Only flaw I could find is one tiny pin hole (pictured).
