-100% Cotton -Elastic waist extends to approx 16 inches (flat), -Approx 14 inch (flat) waist unstretched -Adjustable two button straps attach to back of dress -Smocking detail on back of dress above waist -Pit to pit approx 17 inches (but there is some stretch due to smocking across back of dress) -Built in shelf bra (I am 34 C and it me very well) -Charming floral and stripe border at bottom of dress -Excellent condition
