Vintage 1953 Homer Laughlin Serving Platter With Ivy B53N6. This is a very pretty serving platter made by Homer Laughlin. It is a white platter with dark green ivy going all around the edge. This piece was made in February 1953 at the Homer Laughlin plant #6 in Newell, West Virginia, USA (the code B53N6 translates to that. I have tried researching this pattern with no real luck. I have seen it called by many different names but none from what I would call reliable sources. Like all Homer Laughlin dinnerware, it is very good quality and a nice heavy weight. This would look great in a retro kitchen or dining room. Height 1 in Length 11.75 in Width 9.5 in Weight 2 lbs 3 oz In excellent like new vintage condition. There are no chips, cracks, or crazing.
