Vintage 1940's Portrait Collar Dress

This Bullock's Pasadena dress has a quilted bodice, waisted and quilting carries over to top portion of the circular skirt. The collar HAS DAMAGE as noted by the three photos: 1) shows the underside of the right portion of the collar 2) shows the top side when collar is flattened and 3) shows the collar turned over where damage is not visible. Fits size 4 or possibly larger bust but only 26" waist.
