Drawstring waist allows this skirt to fit any size. The waistband opens to nearly 40” laid flat and will cinch as tightly as you need it to be. This skirt is perfect for costuming, role playing, cosplay … or just wearing in your everyday style! I have shown it in photos with petticoats layered underneath so you can see how it would look as a bustle skirt or more of a renaissance style. Condition is new and never worn, however there is a loose seam with a few stitches loose on the waist line, see photo. Not noticeable at all. 23z2
