ViCi blue button down shirt dress with short sleeves and lapel v-neck. The front is bottom down with a ruched design along with a tie belt. The fabric looks and feels like satin it’s a really pretty light color blue. It’s 95% polyester and 5%spandex. Size Small Approximate Measurements 20” armpit to armpit 14.5” waist laying flat 46” long in front 53” long in back It has a stag in the back on the lower left side and a stain mark on the left front chest part see pictures otherwise wonderful condition.
