Verty skirt, formal or not ?

New without tags but it does have attached some extra bees if you should lose one. None are lost at this time. It's in pristine shape brand new without tags. The beating is beautiful and gold and black and it has a really soft lining. The back is a solid tan. It's gorgeous.
