These gray cargo pants have been a member of my closet for over 20 years. They are still in pristine condition with no rips or tears. Small spot on the very bottom of one leg shown in last pic and a light spot on the front that is only seen on close inspection. 100% cotton material. They are like a mix between khakis and windbreakers. There are numerous pockets, toggles at the bottom of legs, and an adjustable tie at waist.
